How much does a website cost?

This is one of our favorite questions.

A website can cost anything.

A website can be as small as one page, and it can have an infinite number of pages. It can be interactive. It can be static. It can be brimming with content, videos, and graphics, or it can be extremely minimal.

Please be cautious of the other guys out there that tell you how much your site will cost before they know how big it is – or before they’ve done any planning. It can be a recipe for disaster. It usually means that they don’t know what they’re getting into, neither do you, and you’re both left disappointed in the end.
